Agents G.W. Green & C.W. Smith Prepare to Present Bosse to the Grand Jury

After the investigators finished their interviews, they compiled a list of the charges that were being considered for each person who would be brought before the grand jury. Several such lists were formulated beginning in March of 1920, and the list changed over time as new information was learned.

It is clear from this March 29, 1920 report prepared by special agents George W. Green & Charles W. Smith that investigators intended to present Benjamin Bosse (among others) to the grand jury on charges of conspiracy.
